When you use the inquiry form, Fight Sports Club Delray Beach receives the name, email, phone number, program interest, experience, preferred starting timeframe, and message you provide. Please do not include sensitive medical information or a child’s private details in the message.

How the information is used

The academy uses inquiry information to respond, help with class placement, and arrange next steps. Inquiries are stored in the academy’s WordPress system and sent to its inquiry email address. Hosting and email providers process this information to operate those services.

Technical information

The website uses security checks and temporary rate-limit records to reduce automated submissions. Campaign parameters included in a visit may be saved with the inquiry to identify its source. The website does not require a marketing-text subscription to submit an inquiry.

Parents and guardians

A parent or guardian should submit inquiries relating to children. This inquiry form is intended for adults.
